Whole cell biocatalysts, Enzymatic biocatalysis, Genetic techniques used in biocatalysis, Recombinant biocatalysts preparation, Biocatalysts immobilization, Redox biocatalysis, Chemoenzymatic biocatalysis, Stereoselective biocatalysis, deracemizstions, asymetric oxidations, Multi-enzyme reactions, Special applications of biocatalysis, Industrial biocatalysis
Course contents:
- Preparation and application of whole cell and enzyme biocatalysts
- The use of modern genetic techniques, which are used in biocatalysis - sequencing, various types of PCR,
- The application of recombinant DNA technology for the preparation of biocatalysts
- New trends in immobilization of biocatalysts
- The use of redox biocatalysis for the preparation of rare substances regeneration of cofactors
- New trends Chemoenzymatic biocatalysis, combining chemical catalysts with enzyme, one-pot reaction
- The use of stereoselective biocatalysis, deracemization, asymmetric oxidation
- Linking of enzymes in a multi-enzyme reactions
- New trends in biocatalysis and special applications of biocatalysis
- Application of biocatalysis in industry
