Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The result is to demonstrate the ability to design a complex urban concept of spatial development of the territory (region, cities or areas) and its expression in the urban part of the land-use plan. Processing of urban and architectural details of key locations, students learn relationship between whole and detail, and their feedback. Processing of land-use plan, students deepen the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities. Making physical model, students deepen the skills to express urban concept to models, from sketches to complex physical model. Discourse with opponents and commissions student acquires experience with verbal manner of presentation and defense the project.
Course contents:
1. Assignment - Presentation the topics at common meeting for all students, instructional interpretation from guarantor of the subject, analysis solutions for the broader relations, summarizing and evaluating support documents, consultations on the evaluation of support documents
2. Different variations of concept design solutions

5. Developing the land-use plan
6. Elaboration the details
7. Finalization and packaging the project, portfolio, submission before the faculty commission
