|During the semester - 30 points (20 credit tests + 10 specified tasks )|

After the end of the semester - exam (70 points)
Result: The sum of the points of the semester tests, specified tasks and exams.
A final assessment by the study of procedure STU.
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|The student will obtain an overview of algebraic structures which play an important role in computer science. They will learn to work with mathematical concepts in the abstract.|
|Binary operations, semigroups and monoids. Izomorfimus and homorofizmus semigroups. Groups.
Circuits and arrays, unions, podzväzy, distributive, modular and orthomodular unions.
Boolean algebra. Representation of Boolean algebras, Boolean calculus.
Boolean functions, algebra of logic. Algebra of logic networks. Product of Boolean algebras.
