During semester period written test-max.20 points, final examination test- max.60points, project presentation-max.20points, totally- max.100points
Needed to attend all excersises and complete all particular laboratory projects.
Grading: A-min.92points, B-min.83points, C-min.74points, D-min.65 points, E-min.56points, FX-less than 56points.
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Obtaining knowledges about scientific methods in quality management used in engineering practice concerning plan, design, analysis, evaluation and improvement experiment by using modeling and simulation tools. Gaining basic mamagmenet and business skills. Acquisition of communication ability for team work and project preparation.
 
Course contents:
Basic knowledge about quality management system-ISO norm . Total quality management. Brainstorming. Documentation. Flowchart. Cause and effect diagram.FMEA.Histogram. Statistical process control. Pareto analysis.Run chart. Index process capability. Six sigma. Lean six sigma. DOE. R&R. Statistical hypothesis in quality management.
