Achieving optimal motional performance, understanding the importance of lifelong physical activity as one of the key determinants of health, education and work performance. | ||||||||||||||||||
Course contents: | ||||||||||||||||||
Collective games (basketball , flortbal , football, volleyball game - improvement of activities of individuals practicing simple offensive and defensive combinations , practicing simple gaming systems , conducting offensive combinations , combinations and defensive game systems in the game), individual sports (badminton , swimming, table tennis , sport shooting , sport climbing , Sailing), wellness and other activities (yoga, fitness, aerobics , self-defense), Physical Education (special exercises for post-traumatic and postoperative conditions of the lower extremities, back pain, Balance trainer workouts , yoga exercises for physical disabilities , diseases of the spine and knuckles , certain allergies , diminished immunity , individual swimming and water exercises according to instructions of your doctor), faculty representation in sports games and individual sports , training process (basketball, hockey, soccer, swimming, sport shooting, volleyball etc.). | ||||||||||||||||||

The minimum number of students for exercise is 15, for swimming is maximum 40, for gym is maximum 30, and for fitness and martial arts gym is maximum 16 students. Students are checking on exercises, they have the option of choosing activities more specified schedule. | ||||||||||||||||||
