|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|The course provides to student basic knowledge on management systems in the world, shown on the examples of successful international and Slovak companies (Japanese, US management, etc.). Student will learn the fundamental approaches from the theory of management applicable by entrepreneurs in development of business plan, starting up a company and managing its growth. He/she will achieve knowledge about legal business forms and conditions of private enterprize in Slovakia, on the aims of business activity, sources of company financing and investments as well as tax system and fees. He/she will be able to develop a company business plan for starting up its operation based on suitable type of business.|
