Mastering of particular laboratory techniques; synthesis of selected organic compounds.
Certified credit is based on results from the continuous assessment. The certified credit based on results from the continous assessment.It is possible to achieve 50 points maximum.To successfully passing the course, the student must achieve at least 28 points.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
|Submission of particular research work with the aim to provide student to the solutions of problems conjugated with research work in organic laboratories.|
Synthetic design of target molecule. Isolation of intermediates and products by separation methods (crystallization, distillation, chromatography). Identification of products by spectral methods (IR, UV, NMR, MS). Work up and presentation of results.
