|To undestand applicability of the methods of spectral analysis for structure elucidation of more complex molecules of aliphatic, aromatic compounds and heterocycles.
|Basic terms of spectral methods
Nuclear magnetic resonance
Advanced techniques of infrared, ultraviolet spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.
Determination of more complicated structures of aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic compounds with regard of their symetry and tautomerism.
Less frequent used techniques (Raman, Mossbauer, fluorescent spectroscopy, NQR, EPR, ORD, CD, X-ray, etc.)
