Course contents:
The legislative process and legal system in the Slovak Republic
Intellectual and Industrial Property, the basic legislation
Civil relations, and protection of the individual components
Acquisition of property, protection of property rights and ownership
Legal status of business entities and business conditions
Labour relations, creation, modification and termination of employment
Liability in employment law
