Learning outcomes of the course unit:
To obtain the information about the basic sequence and across going managing functions.
To understand the nature and principles of the managerial work.
To obtain the knowledge about the management of the enterprises in the market economy.
Course contents:
• The general features of the management. Development of the management and the manager's job. The manger in the management process. The functions and roles of the manager. Management as the process. The control and controlled systems. Models of the management.
• The planning function, the kinds of the plans. The procedure of creating of the enterpris plans.
• The organizing function, the tasks and content of the organizing. The designing of the organization charts, the kinds and models of the organization charts, the organizational standards of the enterprise.
• The leading function, the basic leading styles, motivation.
• The controlling function, the kinds of the control, the cycle of controlling
