Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Addition basic types of dynamic loads (impact) effects and harmonic loads. Teach students to solve selected engineering problems of strength experience as spatial broken beams, slightly curved rods and frames, thick-walled and thin-walled vessels, rotating discs and pressed joints, non-circular and circular plate, shell structure and the problem of stability. Attention will be paid to sized according to limit states.

Course contents:
• Dynamic stress (impact)
• Selected problems of stability
• Stress on a combination of bending and axial compressive forces
• Harmonic stress (notch effect)
• Spatial broken beams and slightly curved rods
• Spatial frames
• Thin-walled and thick-walled containers and pressed joints
• Non-circular and circular plates
• Limit States
