- experimental determination of the cutting wedge durability for selected
- calculation of costs and productivity machining for the selected component, technology order, and the production conditions
- models of the machining process optimization .
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|The aim is to gain knowledge of the laws of the technological process of machining, the means and methods of calculation and optimization of process parameters and machining process technology, the ability to use mathematical and computing resources for solving problems in the theory and practice of production.*|
|Methods of parts production . Laws of shapes, relative positions and order of operations.
Fundamental technological terms, symbols, their mathematical models calculating and mutual relations.
Optimalization of the selection: cutting material, cutting tool, cutting wedge geometry, cutting conditions, cutting environment, method of clamping and machining allowances.
Calculation of costs and productivity of the machining.
Models of the machining process optimalization and methods for their solution. Methods of rationalizing and optimizing production.
Economic aspects of optimization of machining process parameters.
