The sum of points for the tests is 35. Students will succesfully pass the tests if they earn at least 35 points. Students will get credits for the course if they succesfully pass both, the written tests and the oral exam. Students are graded as follows: A 100 - 91 points, B 90 - 81 points, C 80 - 71 points, D 70 -61 points, E 50 - 60 points | |||||||||||||
Learning outcomes of the course unit: | |||||||||||||
The aim of the subject is to teach the students to apply the vibration theory to solve particular problems of machine and structure protection from undesired vibration. | |||||||||||||
Course contents: | |||||||||||||
- tuning the dynamic parameters of flexible mounting in terms of vibroinsulation
- methods of passive vibroinsulation of machines and structures, optimization of dynamic parameters of flexible mounting - static and dynamic balancing of rotors - active vibroinsulation, utilization of modal and optimal control - experimental modal analysis | |||||||||||||
