Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of this subject is to extend the basic knowledge of mechanics, material science from nonliving bodies to living bodies, the application of mechanichal laws to biology, medicine, sports, etc.
Course contents:
- Fundamentals of anatomy, terminology, standard human.
- Statics of human body.
- Motion of human body, kinematics, Motion apparatus of human.
- Mechanical properties of human body.
- Muscles.
- Fluid flow in human body, cardiovascular system and its models.
- Mechanical model of breathing and lungs.
- Eyes and vision.
- Fundamentals of bionics.
