Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Aim of the subject is to present, analyze and comprehend different optimization methods for the optimization of the construction conception in the production technique, to explain the mathematical devices for solution of combinatorial problems and effectiveness of the methods of dynamic optimization of discrete systems.
 
Course contents:
Formalization of real systems - modular structures of production technique Substituted - virtual models of production machines and mechanisms, simulation platforms
Basic procedures and optimization methods - necessary and sufficient conditions of optimization models, principles of modular linkages
Optimization criteria, aim functions, limits of operational variables
Continuous and discrete optimization, simplex methods, method of the slope gradient, random walk method
Virtual results of solutions, acceptable solutions, result entropy
