|Obtaining 5 credits based on an assessment of publications and other activities according to Tab. 1. Allocation of points for scientific work (according to the criteria for assessing the level of research, development, artistic and other creative activities within the complex accreditation of university in the research field No. 15, and to obtain a prescribed number of credits the students need to get at least 5 points.|
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Acquire methodological skills and behavior necessary for individual and team research work. Acquire the ability to publish in scientific journals and at international conferences. By means of creative original scientific research to achieve results acceptable in the international community of scientists working in the field.|
|Performing the analysis of the current state of research based on the recherche of scientific literature and other resources on the theme of the dissertation.
Implementation of research projects individually and in collaboration with the research team. Drawing up interim reports on the results.
Work on another project documentation and, if possible, the documents, which the research team seeks new grant projects and goals.
Publication in scientific journals and at international scientific conferences and active presentation of the results obtained.

|The subject Scientific work defines minimum requirements for outputs. The research normally requires diverse outcomes (participation in student scientific conference, local conferences and journals, nationally and internationally recognized outputs). Overall, a student has to gain 40 credits for scientific work while studying. Minimum requirements to meet the objectives of the subject are stated in "Other conditions for proper graduation", which are part of a recommended study plan (achieve at least two scientific output registered in category B or at least one scientific output category A). Credits for the subject Scientific work IIe must be obtained before the submission of a dissertation. All supervisors are teachers of this subject, therefore they are not listed separately. A guarantee of the study programme is responsible for the subject.|
