Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Obtaining knowledge from the history of science, technology and technical colleges.
 
Course contents:
Periodization of history. The practical development of the company in the context of technical skills. Technical development of early civilizations. Science and technology in the Middle Ages. Humanism and Renaissance. Technical and scientific interests of the 17th and 20th centuries. Personalities of the world and Slovak science and technology.
