Learning outcomes of the course unit:
In the subject DPS, the principle and importance of design engineering production and procedure for technological design is explained. System and the production system is defined in the introduction.Procedures applied in the design of production systems are discussed in the following chapters.The project of semiproduct is the first. Suggestions of buffer stock and storage, types of machines are further solved tasks.The layout of the work place is solved by software Witness.Ability to solve design simulation examples of work students are tested.During the semester, students can take part in field excursions.
Course contents:
1. Content and meaning preparation of production. Framework structure of the production system (external and internal).
2. Basic stages of technological design.
Analysis stage of technological design. Engineering Product - analysis in terms of stages of the manufacturing process, functions and constructional - technological similarities groups and sub-groups.
3. Diagram "product - the quantity." Diagram "product - weight ".
4. Division of semi-finished product and the choice of species semi-finished product. The Basic of designing of manufacturing semi-finished products
5. Determining the number and order of operations. The choice of machines and its equipment, methodology of designing of preparation and tools.
6. Determining of working conditions. Main, auxiliary and side processes. Logistic system and its subsystems, flows and their relations. Organizational and production structures and methods of handling during the transformation process.
7. Principles of capacity calculations. Exact and approximate capacity calculations.
8. Determination of the number of machines. Determination of the necessary number of workers.
9. The structure of the floor area. Determination of necessary areas.
10. Placement and General solution of production hall.
11. Placement of formation according to the material flow in terms of relationships of activities. Placement workplaces in the formation - technological, objective, mixed method of deployment.
12. Spatial disposition - principles of displaying, the distances, brands.
13. The hierarchical structure of the production organism. Block diagram of the division race.
