Learning outcomes of the course unit:
A student gains knowledge about work psychology, leadership and organisational processes, including work motivation, interpersonal relationships, work performance, group dynamics, emotion regulation, coping strategies, stress and conflicts.
 
Course contents:
The introduction to work psychology, leadership, work motivation, significance of self-knowledge of a manager, emotion regulation, psychology of work performance, work load, stress and coping strategies, conflicts and their solving, work satisfaction and self-realization.
