Learning outcomes of the course unit:
To achieve "optimal motion performance," understanding the importance of lifelong physical activity as key determinants of health, education and job performance

Training and improvement:
• technique, tactics, activities of selected traditional, nontraditional and emerging sports, their application in practice sports, rules, theory
• ways to crawl swimming technique, character, breast, butterfly, drowning rescue, helping, first aid, their application in practice, theory

• Developing fitness and coordination skills
