Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will achieve basic knowledge of cadastre of real estate. They will study forms and methods of real estate registry. They will impart general knowledge on legal relations to properties and their records in the cadastre of real estate. Students will learn principles of the creation of the Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estate and updating cadastral data. They will acquire practical experience in updating survey data file and descriptive file of cadastral documentation and in the creation of survey sketches and setting-out lot boundaries. They will get experience in new forms of providing information about properties from the Information System of the Cadastre of Real Estate.
Course contents:
- The cadastre of real estate (CRE). Functions of the CRE. Trustworthiness, binding character and public character of cadastral data. Development of real estate registration systems. Land register. Identification of parcels. - Registration of cadastral districts and real estates. Cadastral documentation. Geodetic data file. Descriptive data file. Binding exchange formats. Maps of CRE. - Changes surveying. Record of detailed change survey. Vector geodetic background. Survey sketch. Setting-out of a lot boundaries, The entrance to the real estates. - Cadastral proceeding, Ownership right and other rights in rem to the real estates. Note to right. Ownership documents. - State administration in the field of CRE. Synergies in the management of CRE. Providing information from the cadastral documentation. Generally binding regulations and internal rules in the field of CRE.
