Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Acquiring the basic knowledge of quality management system, the ISO 9000 family of standards, the TQM. It will be explained the process of certification and accreditation of organizations as well as an understanding of the complex phenomenon of a common system of quality assessment (CAF) in the state and public administration. Knowledge of procedures for implementing the quality management system processes according to EN ISO 9001 to organization using appropriate quality tools to continuously improvement of quality of products.
Quality as a synthetic result of prior preparations and the product realization that critically affects the success of products and services on the market, meet customer requirements, as well as the general results of economic performance of the organization. In this subject is systematically treated the problem of quality management, quality management system according to ISO 9000, focusing on its implementation in the organization using appropriate quality tools as a means to continuous improvement of the quality of products. It is then explained the process of certification and accreditation of organizations as well as the overall issue of total quality management (TQM), a common system of quality assessment (CAF) in public administration.
