|Title of the thesis:||Stress-strain analysis of the formula frame|
|Summary:||The theory part of this thesis is introduce the principle of Finite Element Method (FEM), and the theory about beam, frame element. One chapter is introduction about the frame's material properties (because it's really important). Base on the finite element method theory create keypoint with scale and developing it in 3D planar beam model in ANSYS. Through front, side, rear impact to check the Frame's structure safety. All the impact test by Static analysis in ANSYS software to come true. Compare the Von--Mises stress result with the material yield stress to determine the car's frame structure safety.|
|Key words:||static analysis , strain-stress analysis, impact test, frame structure safety|
