Title of the thesis:Data interaction in virtual reality
Summary:This work is dedicated to problematic of interaction with visualized data in virtual reality. At first, it describes virtual reality as a long known concept which is popularizing nowadays and evolves with new technology options. Next it describes interaction and interaction techniques used in virtual reality as an overview of interaction possibilities. As an addition to that it describes existing interaction problems and some of existing solutions. Description of interaction is extended by summary of interaction devices evolution, comparison and present technologies. As final part of analysis data visualization is described with some of existing solutions. In addition to that, thesis also describes own approach to the data interaction methods in virtual reality as part of data visualization research. It specifies reasons why it is necessary and why it should be useful. Next it describes pros and cons of created interactions. At the end of the thesis, the results of the implementation as well as evaluation of the planned work, the objectives and their fulfillment are summarized.
