Title of the thesis:	Bytový dom
Summary:	Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bol návrh bytového domu z konštrukčného, statického a technologického hľadiska. Výsledkom je výkresová dokumentácia dvadsaťdvapodlažného bytového domu s plochou strechou, projekt organizácie výstavby, výkres zariadenia staveniska, časový plán výstavby hrubej stavby a technologický predpis dreveného fasádneho obkladu bytového domu. Mojim cieľom v časti konštrukcií bolo navrhnúť čo najpohodlnejšiu dispozíciu s ohľadom na budúcich užívateľov s využitím voľnej dispozícií skeletového systému v rámci jedného bytu. Vo výkrese zariadenia staveniska som sa snažil využiť pozemok staveniska čo najefektívnejšie pre praktickú funkčnosť počas realizácie stavby. Časový plán výstavby informuje o priebehu stavebných prác v čase. Pri jeho spracovaní som prihliadal na úsporu času a dodržanie technologických prestávok.
