|Summary:||The main objective of this thesis was to implement hardware and software in order to create robot line follower. In order to achieve the desired result observation and analysis of every component (Motors, Wheels, Microcontrollers, Sensors, and Materials) had to be done first taking into consideration their advantages, disadvantages and types. The analysis itself represents the core of this thesis and required most of the time. The next step was the part design. In this chapter the robot was modeled in the program CATIA, which allows to illustrate the final shape and the design of the robot. The robot was built according to those images. The code needed was written through the language C by AVR Studio and as a next step it was burned on the chip microcontroller in the program Xloader. Finally, with the right algorithm the robot (Line Follower) was able to track the line on the floor which proves its stability and quality.|
