Title of the thesis:Analyses of safety systems in the vehicles of Mercedes Benz
Summary:The issue of safety ranks among the first places because of the increase of the number of vehicles as well as the high density of traffic. The car producers have always put the stress on safety improvement, however, these days the stress is mostly laid on prevention and anticipation of possible collisions. The work deals with the analyses of the safety systems in the vehicles of Mercedes Benz -- particularly with the C class models. The history of safety is very closely linked with the brand Mercedes -- Benz, whose constructers are actually on the peak of development of the security systems. Over the production they constructed a large number of patented inventions, which protect the passengers and moreover they enhance the driving properties that are needed for collision avoidance and help to handle critical situations in traffic. The work also points at the history of the pioneering enhancements in the field of safety and goes up to the contemporary times with the up-to-date solutions. It analyses the cooperation of the systems and their direct impact on safety. By meeting the legal requirements regarding the safety systems, the vehicle is regarded as safe for whole traffic. Last but not least, the impact on the environment, the ecological processing and recycling is very an important issue to focus on as well.
