Title of the thesis:Influence of temperature on the propagation of natural flax combustion
Summary:The paper deals with examination of thermal degradation of flax textile at different conditions. Theoretical part is dedicated to the basics of solid substances combustion, from which results also the flax combustion. The input data are physical and chemical properties, description of combustion mode and fire-technical characteristics. Experimental part is focused on the influence of outer conditions, such as initiatory source, quantity of oxygen needed for combustion process, quantity of heat needed for degradation and the propagation of flax textile combustion, and mass loss rate during combustion in laboratory conditions.
Key words:flax textile, combustion process, mass loss rate
