Title of the thesis:Stable predictive control of processes with constraints
Summary:The main target of this thesis was to understand the theory of model predictive control with guaranteed stability and develop a predictive controller in Matlab Simulink interface accordingly. The controller simulation results from Simulink interface had to be compared with other simulations carried out by controllers of different solver types. To the end the controller was supposed to be implemented and tested on the laboratory device in real-time.
Key words:model predictive control, guaranteed stability, quadratic programming, optimization
