Title of the thesis:Distribution of Dispersed Fiber in Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete Construction
Summary:The aim of the thesis and the research was to create a functional model of evaluation and examination of diversion reinfoce uniformity in the form of steel fibres. In the chapter number 1 there is provided the analysis of current state in production and controlment of fibre-concrete construction. The chapter describes the knowledge state in current problematics from production, inbuilding to the control and verification of fibre concretes and verification of uniformity of its diversed reinforce. After the specification of fibres diversion homogenity evaluation drafts, in the second chapter there are proposed aimes and theses of dissertation work solutions. In the chapter three there are chosen scientific solution methods. The fourth chapter includes the dissertation work peculiar solution. In the chapter there is described the way of receiving samples, software creation, software functionality examination, measuring divergence evaluation as well as the verification methodics description. This chapter contains a draft of three main indicators that evaluate the niformity of diversed fibres (uniformity according to the square network, uniformity by recovering of squares- uniformity index, uniformity ratio and detection of fibres center on the surface). The solution result is the proposed methodics of fibres diversification distribution evaluation, which was proved in praxis by implementing the fibre-concrete construction which confirmed its functionality and usefulness in praxis. The methodics includes the directory and steps for evaluation of diversed fibres homogenity in implemented construction. Such issues are used as criteria evaluating correctness of all as well as chosen steps in the process of production, transport and processing the steel fibre reinforced concrete construction.
