Title of the thesis:Application of electroerosive cutting during adjustment of the mold for pressure injection molding
Summary:The thesis deals with the application of electroerosive cutting during adjustment of the mold for pressure injection molding. The goal of this bachelor thesis is based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience to design and implement an application of electroerosive cutting during adjustment of the mold for pressure injection molding. The thesis is divided into four chapters. Theoretical knowledge about electroerosive cutting is processed in the first chapter. The second, third and fourth chapters create the practical part of the thesis. The second chapter describes the molds for pressure injection molding and manufactured components. The third chapter details AQ535L Sodick wire cutting machine. The fourth chapter contains the design and implementation of electroerosive cutting during adjustment of the mold for the injection pressure molding. The closing of the chapter evaluates the recommended design and implementation of electroerosive cutting during the adjustment of the mold. The main contribution of this bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of electroerosive cutting during adjustment of the mold for pressure injection molding. By adjusting the mold, its full functionality has been achieved.
