Title of the thesis:	Návrh opatrení na zlepšenie získavania a výberu zamestnancov v podniku Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o.
Summary:	Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť opatrenia na zlepšenie získavania a výberu zamestnancov v podniku Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o., na základe teoretických poznatkov a analýzy súčasného stavu získavania a výberu zamestnancov v danom podniku. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch častí. Prvá časť práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o získavaní a výbere zamestnancov ako jednej z funkcií personálneho manažmentu. Druhá časť je zameraná na analýzu podniku Continental Matador Rubber, s.r.o. a poznanie súčasného stavu ich procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov. V tretej časti sú navrhované opatrenia pre zlepšenie procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov na základe zistených nedostatkov a problémov v predchádzajúcej časti práce. Štvrtá časť obsahuje zhodnotenie navrhovaných opatrení.
