Title of the thesis:	Návrh opatrení na zlepšenie procesu vzdelávania zamestnancov na úseku zvarovňa v podniku ŽELOS, spol. s r.o.
Summary:	Cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť opatrenia na zlepšenie procesu vzdelávania zamestnancov na úseku zvarovňa v podniku ŽELOS, spol. s r. o., na základe teoretických poznatkov a analýzy súčasného stavu vzdelávania. Bakalárska práca pozostáva zo štyroch častí. V prvej časti tejto práce sú uvedené teoretické poznatky v oblasti vzdelávania zamestnancov získané s použitím odbornej literatúry. Druhá časť obsahuje informácie o základnej charakteristike podniku ŽELOS, spol. s r. o. a o priebehu vzdelávacieho procesu v rámci tohto podniku. V tretej časti sú vypracované návrhy na zlepšenie procesu vzdelávania zamestnancov na úseku zvarovňa, prostredníctvom ktorých sa zistené nedostatky môžu eliminovať, prípadne odstrániť. Posledná kapitola je venovaná zhodnoteniu navrhnutých opatrení.
