Title of the thesis:Syntéza (S)-tieno[b]chinolizíndiónu
Summary:
Literárna rešerš popisuje prípravy prírodných látok -- alkaloidov chinolizínového typu s anelovaným aromatickým jadrom v polohe b bicyklického dusíkatého skeletu. Chirálna racemická kyselina N-(tien-2-yl)metyl-6-oxopipekolínová sa pripravila trojstupňovou reakciou z kyseliny (D,L)-2-aminoadipovej a tiofén-2-karbaldehydu. Následne sa kyselina N-(tien-2-yl)metyl-6-oxopipekolínová s úspechom podrobila intramolekulovej cyklizácii pôsobením PPA (kyselina polyfosforečná). Takto sa pripravil cieľový racemický tieno[b]chinolizíndión, ktorý sa charakterizoval spektrálnymi metódami.
