Title of the thesis:Design of controlled damping system of a hydraulic chassis mount
Summary:The thesis is aimed to develop a technical solution for hydraulic bushing which provides change of maximum damping in dependence on exciting frequency whilst continuously providing requested damping value. Fundamentally the technical solution contains a hydraulic system consists of two chambers connected one another by a system of channels. Each channel is meant to provide damping position for a specific exciting frequency. Described technical solution provides controlled change of the hydraulic system by channel selection. None or minimum influence to maximal damping by channel flow through multiple channels is requested contemporaneously. There are two damping change systems described in this thesis. First design is a step change system, where the mount works in two modes. Second design is a variable changing damping characteristic depending on the excitation frequency and loading amplitude.
Key words:hydrobushing, channel ring, dynamic stiffness, fluid flow, loss angle
