Title of the thesis:Parallel Jacobi SVD method
Summary:This habilitation thesis is a commented compendium of four original papers, that are devoted to the two-sided parallel block-Jacobi method for computing the singular value decomposition (SVD) of large, dense matrices. The original scientific contribution lies in a design of the so-called dynamic parallel ordering, in the variability of a blocking factor and in the matrix pre-processing by QR iterations. The original four papers, that were published in Parallel Computing, are printed in Appendix.
