Title of the thesis:Risk analysis non-scenario-based methods
Summary:The aim of my thesis is to analyze the risks of non-scenario-based methods, the use of selected methods for risk analysis, utilization and control of the risk assessment for the selected machine. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter provides the concepts of risk, risk analysis and risk assessment. Risk analysis can convert a number of methods and techniques. The large variety of different techniques and methods, it is important to choose appropriate method for analysis. For my work I chose to risk analysis methods of non-scenario-based. The second chapter will describe selected methods, requirements analysis, resource requirements and process analysis. The description of the methods will serve as a guide to treatment of risk analysis. The assessment of the risks I chose GECHTER pneumatic pressing machine, which is described in the third chapter. Are described in section parameters and specifications for the machine. The fourth chapter provides an analysis of the risk of using selected methods. In the introduction chapter describes the sources and collected evidence, which was used in the analysis. They are also processed results of the analyzes found deficiencies and risks. The conclusion focuses on the assessment of the risk analysis and determine the level of risk. The deficiencies that pose a risk, the proposed corrective measures to reduce risk. After the implementation of corrective actions taken is a reassessment of the risk of using a certain method. It is evaluated that the corrective actions are effective and sufficient to reduce the risk.
