Title of the thesis:Apartment house
Summary:The building is designed as a multifunctional apartment house. It is situated in Namestovo on a flat terrain with the parcel number 1106/23. It is accessible from Janka Kráľa street, from where the utilities (water, sewer, gas and electricity) are also accessible. The apartment building is symmetrically L-shaped and the northern sector is the main entrance. Inputs into multifunctional parts are handled separately from the west and east sides. The apartment house has 5.NP and a basement. The basement functions as a garage for 33 automobile vehicles with a two-way movement path. The garage is also accessible from a separate entrance on the south side. In the 1.PP there is a utility room in addition to the garage. Superior floors are accessible through the two-armed staircase or the elevator. Half of the 1.NP is a multi-functional area , second half contains a pram and cupboards. This second half also contains the access to the apartments. Before the staircase and elevator there is a vestibule. The staircase is an access to all six flats, 4 of which have three rooms and 2 of which have two rooms. Each flat opens on to the walkway which is the main access to the living room and kitchen, which are together in a single room. Each flat has an individual restroom and bathroom, which are located in separate rooms. The three-room flats have two bedrooms and the two-room flats have one bedroom. All rooms have French windows except those oriented to words the north and east. There are no balconies, the French windows always end with a glass railing. The entrance doors are secured, fireproof, and provide thermal insulation. Apartment house is based in part on a reinforced concrete foundation strips and footings. The underground structures beneath the apartment building are foundation strips and the foundation footings are located in the underground part where there is no building, and they are connected by linked belts. In the underground there are reinforced concrete columns and around perimeter of the basement there are reinforced concrete walls. The main wall system of the ground floor is also of reinforced concrete. All other floors have walls made of ceramic fittings. The main wall system has a combination horizontal and vertical walls. External walls have a non-flammable thermal-insulation material and there is mineral plaster on the surface of the walls. The thickness of the insulator is determined according to the norm STN 73 0540/2016. The interior side of the walls is covered by lime plaster. The ceilings have a system of combined horizontal and vertical slabs. The Staircase is made of concrete. The roof is designed as a classic of the flat layer order. The chimney consists of two vents of ceramic fittings to which all gas heaters connect. Window frames are made of aluminium alloy; door structures are steel, aluminium alloys and wood, as required. A detailed list of the elements is found in appendix. The type of floor depend on the type of room and this can be observed in the drawings in the appendix.
