Summary:	Dlhodobo nevyužívaný priestor medzi dvoma budovami v historickom centre mesta Nitra, navrhujem doplniť o novú budovu, ktorá svojim tvarom vyplní prázdny priestor a svojou architektúrou nenaruší vzhľad ulice. V návrhu budovy využívam jednoduché materiály. Návrh projektu je na základe platných noriem a vyhlášok Slovenskej republiky.
