Title of the thesis:	Revitalization of inner city areas of Trnava – Ružový park
Summary:	ABSTRACT A Diploma work is focused on the revitalization of the Ružový Park in Trnava and its immediate surroundings. The territory is located in the historical city centre which belongs to the central city zone. South from the border area there is a hospital, south-west there is a rail station and a bus station, towards the east there is a stadium and the newly built City Arena, and from the northern side there is a pedestrian zone. There are several objectives in the Diploma work. On the one hand, it was important to have better optical integration and interconnection with the park and its surroundings. And on the other hand, to increase an attraction of the park and create a comfortable environment for relax which will be the place for the people. These goals were fulfilled by using a water flow which I included to the draft and made available for the public. Currently, the use of watercourse or water features in the town residential area are frequently used forms and create a dominant elements in the architectural structure of the city. The main idea was to enable access to the water which creates a central composite area of the whole surrounding events. The draft contains three specific accesses to the water, while the two smaller ones are located along the Park SNP and more dominant, and larger one is in the Ružový Park.
