Title of the thesis:Interactive Animation of Schottky Diode on the Basis of Object-Oriented Programming
Summary:This bachelor thesis deals with creation of an interactive animation of Schottky diode based on object-oriented programming, which will be publicly available at eLearn Central portal as a part of interactive online courses. The target group for the animation consists of mainly students of FEI STU bachelor study in Bratislava, but ultimately – of anyone interested in learning about Schottky diode function. The problem analysis provides an overview of available technologies, chosen technologies and reasons for picking them, mainly JavaScript, d3 and PHPStorm, since the solution will be placed on a web-page, and HTML5 is a standard. The description and implementation of the solution are complemented by documentation. The resulting animation is meant to be a help for students and other interested people to understand basic principles and structure of Schottky diode’s operations, as well as increase interest and popularity of science and technology.
