SIP Sinle Port architecture extension
|Summary:||Current multimedia relations based on SIP protocol (Session Initiation Protocol) consist of multiple communication channels (SIP, RTP, RTCP), while each channel requires to communicate on its own port. As a result management of VoIP relations is quite complicated. Aim of this thesis is to examine solution based on SIP Single Port technology, that multiplexes communication channels to one single channel, and this multiplexed communication is routed by MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) technology via network tunnels. Subject of this thesis is to test functionality of routing SIP Single Port communication via MPLS tunnels and to measure quality of each tunnel in real time to detect congestion or outage of line.|
