Title of the thesis:Spread of diseases in discrete structures
Summary:Relations between individuals are modeled by networks, which were observed to have some common features. This led to work with small-world networks suggested by Watt and Strogatz. On two of these network we model spreading of diseases. We study how many iteration are necessary for a disease to spread over all the population and related questions.
