Title of the thesis:Administrative building
Summary:The goal of this diploma work was to create realization project of administrative building. I chose simple footprint in shape of HH with three levels, which allowed me to create atrium. The atrium is interconnected with individual wings of building with blocs from A to D. Here are located individual offices collated around the main hallway. The office premises are encased with simple transparent facade Schüco with nontransparent panel in parapet part. The large glass surfaces are connecting interior of building with exterior entourage. The individual wings of building are coupled with sun decks. The atrium of the building will serve as common relax area (taking break, etc.) for employees. The main architectonic element of atrium is spacious staircase, which will be connecting second and third floor, which is located on prompted reinforced concrete wall. The atrium of the building is covered with glass system Jansen. From the southern side are used photocell panels instead of the regular glass. In the building are located several courtrooms and two large conference rooms. The technical security of the building and archives files are located on the first floor. Perpendicular communication premises are in excessive areas in the core of the building. Toilets are located next to the staircases. Whole building is accessible to handicapped persons. The high-frequency carrier system of the whole building is made of reinforced concrete body structure. In the building is one elevator with carrying capacity of eight persons. The building is covered with single-layer flat roof. Projected building will be innovative and energetically effective in both ways, in heating or air-conditioning. Main focus will be concentrated on energetic balance of the building. Building is well isolated, which it will be benefiting from the low cost of heating the interior. Controlled ventilation with backward accumulation of the heat (recuperation/regeneration), will maintain permanent circulation of fresh air and exhausting used and polluted air. The building is using solar energy. Also, the heat generated from the electronic appliances is helping to create thermal comfort. The windows on this building are oriented the way it can absorb solar energy, especially in the period of colder season. But, in contrary, in the summer, the efficient shielding will protect interior of the building from unwilling overheating. There is an effort to minimize the thermal bridges. The goal of the massive ceilings is to serve as the accumulators. Building will also use underground water source for cooling, if you like heating (thermal pumps). The project of the terrestrial exchanger is to afflux of the air into atrium (heating, cooling). The goal of this work was to create the administrative building, which will satisfy all the appropriate norms and regulations. With this project it was squared well that this building is almost independent from surrounding networks by inserting several renewable sources of energy.
