Title of the thesis:Potential uses of RFID technology in the management of engineering
Summary:In this work outlined the origin and development of RFID technology, ie Radio frequency identification objects. The paper describes the principle of operation, the distribution of RFID technology, according to several criteria and illustrative exam-ples described the possibility of using this technology in engineering practice direc-tion, the real RFIDidentification system used in cars of Volkswagen Slovakia as In this work, inter alia,demonstrate the value of RFID in terms of process automation of production. The bulk of the work is devoted to the demonstration of the possibilities for using RFID technology in the management of engineering technology and the intro-duction of the description eWBK (elektronische Wagen Begleit Karte) at Volkswagen Slovakia as, anelectronicn card accompanying the vehicle. This electronic card ac-companying the vehicle more devoted the third chapter of this bachelor thesis.
