Title of the thesis:Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises
Summary:Aim of the bachelor thesis was to define merits of small and medium enterprises in a competitor's fight. To better understand the competition in Slovakia, we had to understand the business environment where we are now, and factors affecting the environment. In these factors include, for example globalization, and her impact on small and medium enterprises. The first part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to the enterprise and the business environment, competitiveness and action of a competitive environment for business prosperity. Not only external conditions participate on competitiveness, but also the specific nature of the business subject. So if the subject wants to obtain competitive advantage, must to be one step before the competition. Must look for new ways for solving problems and create a strategy of business. This strategy should lead to innovation and sustainability in the future. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to implementation of the knowledge in the first part, to starting a real business. The second part says about implement this knowledge in business, analyze and evaluate the environment, taking about all factors affecting competitiveness. The point is that we estimated this business, whether it can promote your innovative product on the market and that will be really competitive. Results of researches were positive, showed the company's ability to integrate into a functioning business and determined the ability to use innovation to obtain competitive advantage.
