Title of the thesis:THE ANALYSIS OF THE FEATURES OF LASER FOR MICROTECHNOLOGIES
Summary:In the introduction of our bachelor thesis we are addressing the use of lasers in micromachining and laser describing. This chapter describes a chosen types of lasers for microtechnologies, structural parts of laser and typical technological operations that are conducted by it. In the sequel of the theoretical part we are dealing with the features of the laser beam for microtechnologies. These features are important for the specification of available possibilities of usage of lasers in a different operations. An experimental part is focused on the analysis of the output laser sheaf of a given laser system with regard to microtechnologies and laser describtion. We have ended up the result that a given device is capable for these operations: describtion, marking and cutting of a diverse materials. The care of the experiment's results have to be taken while using the device that had been exposed to.
