Title of the thesis:Hybrid Intelligent Modeling and Control Methods
Summary:The aim of the dissertation thesis is design of hybrid intelligent control methods for nonlinear dynamic systems using methods of computational techniques based on fuzzy, neuro, neuro-fuzzy and genetic approaches and methods. The dissertation thesis provides an overview of the current state of the use of computational intelligence methods in modeling and control in the world. The main part of the thesis deals with the design of the new control approach of nonlinear systems with multiple inputs, where the hybrid approach using fuzzy logic and genetic algorithms is used. Adaptive hybrid control with switching uses the principle of control parameters adaptation for all the nonlinear system operating points. System control is realised by fuzzy controller and parameter optimization for different operating points uses a genetic algorithm. The theoretical part of the design is aplicated to a software system implemented in Matlab-Simulink. For clarification of the hybrid intelligent control methodology, the different case studies were tested. One case study was also analyzed in detail. Adaptive hybrid control with switching is a new innovative control method, which allows control of nonlinear MISO (Multi Input Single Output) systems with high-quality of control. The results of dissertation thesis can be used in the non-linear system control in field of industry (robotics, mechatronics, chemical - technological processes, biotechnology and so on.).
