Title of the thesis:Laser sintering of the metallic materials – Rapid Prototyping
Summary:In my thesis I focused on insight into the topic of sintering and fusing powder, metallic materials using Additive Manufacturing technology - Selective Laser Sintering, Selective Laser Melting, Electron Beam Melting. The work is divided into the following parts. This introduction to the - Additive Manufacturing and describe succinctly the various technologies and processes. Overview and comparison of rapid prototyping equipment intended for sintering powders - Presentation of various leading manufacturers in the market and an overview of equipment, including technical specifications . Properties of the produced models - Demo industries using Additive Manufacturing technology for sintering and fusing metal powders and specimens made of functional products. The next part is a practical example of the production process Additive Manufacturing, where we will show how dependence affecting the quality and parameters of the production as well as economic cost ratio of the whole process. In the last paragraph, the conclusion is subjective assessment survey and the results of work .
