Title of the thesis:Robotic production line proposal for plastic controls for the automotive industry
Summary:The theme of this thesis is a 3D design of the robotic production line and its simulation in ABB RobotStudio software. Beginning of the diploma thesis devoted to the division of robots and manipulators, theory of robot environment. The following part is a description of the real production line. The next section describes the ABB company and its products. In the last part is practical part of thesis. This section describes the creation of 3D simulation from the very beginning as the insertion of components to the final programming. The 3D simulations are used three robots from ABB's IRB 2400 and IRB 6650S. As tools were used vacuum Griper a spray gun Robobat 951. The proposal is equipped with an intelligent conveyor and pallet. Selected elements of the proposal are provided with collision detection. The work is finished functional station and source code.
